ZHOU Haimin: President & CEO

ZHOU Haimin has held a variety of petroleum exploration and production posts for more than three decades, highlighted by over 20 years of job career as General Manager and senior management in large international oil companies. He is an accomplished professional with abundant technical and management experience in oil and gas field E&P and operation. As one of the founders of CREIC, he is leading the company to be outstanding in the industry with sharp sense and high market sensitivity. 

XUE Liangqing: Senior Vice President

XUE Liangqing has been engaged in oil and gas industry for over 30 years, acquired abundant experiences in international upstream E&P business management and operation. He is responsible for the E&P business and new projects evaluation of CREIC.

LU Baozhong: Senior Vice President

LU Baozhong has been engaged in oil and gas industry for over 20 years, acquired abundant experiences in upstream E&P and oil services business management and operation. He is responsible for the production coordination business of CREIC.

JIANG Xiaofu: Senior Vice President

JIANG Xiaofu has been engaged in oil and gas industry for over 30 years, acquired abundant experiences in field business management, international affairs and capital investment, highlighted by strong negotiation skills in large scale oil and gas assets M&A. He is responsible for the commercial business of CREIC and new projects development.

WANG Mei: CFO

WANG Mei previously worked in PwC and Shell, guided and participated in several large-scale enterprises’ investment, M&A and IPO projects. She is a high professional veteran in auditing, IPO, capital operation, corporate governance and financial management.
